We aim to deliver classes in all areas of fitness to give clients a well rounded exercise program for ultimate wellness. All our instructors are fully qualified and experienced to give you piece of mind when it comes to your health and fitness.
Our sessions are designed by us and run face to face, no screens here, so we can change and modify the workouts based on the clients in each class. We look forward to welcoming you to our light and airy studio soon!
Barre
Barre is a dynamic, energetic fusion of ballet barre exercises, fitness, pilates and yoga based stretches.
Cardio
These classes are a little more upbeat with pace and intensity but are modified for beginners and those with injuries.
Circuit Equipment Pilates
This very small class comprising of only 3 participants using some of the traditional Pilates apparatus designed by Joseph Pilates.
Personal Training
In a one on one or PT session you get to drive! We can either do a private version of a scheduled class or a tailored plan to help you work towards a particular goal.
Pilates

Strength

Stretch
A mat based, gentle stretch and restoration class curated to help manage tight, stiff muscles and associated joint pain.
TRX
TRX suspension training is a type of bodyweight exercise that uses straps and handles to leverage gravity, allowing you to perform various movements while suspended.
Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga is a gathering of physical, mental, and profound practices or teaches which started in old India.
