Why should I do it?
Sometimes a one on one approach is best.
Maybe it’s because you’re new to exercise and lack a bit of confidence. Maybe you’ve had an injury and need to modify or carefully plan your return to exercise. Maybe there’s a piece of equipment here that you want to have exclusive use of.
Or, it could be that you would rather train on your own or with a friend that suits your schedule better.
Whatever the reason we have a number of 30 or 45 minute slots available throughout the week, around our class schedule.
What can I expect?
In a one on one or PT session you get to drive! We can either do a private version of a scheduled class or a tailored plan to help you work towards a particular goal.
What do I wear?
Usual exercise attire and either sneakers or grip socks depending on session content.
