What is it?
A mat based, gentle stretch and restoration class curated to help manage tight, stiff muscles and associated joint pain.
Why is it important?
Tight muscles can make them prone to injuries as well as poor posture. Regular stretching can also help with bad circulation, reduce stress, and generally support your other studio sessions and activities. It is a good alternative for anyone not able to make yoga or not able to manage the dynamism of vinyasa, but still gain the same flexibility outcomes.
What should I expect?
Stretch & Restore is designed to enhance your flexibility and range of motion through a deep, full-body stretch. We will lengthen and strengthen your muscles whist aiding relaxation by moving with breath, enabling that mind body connection.
We use yoga blocks, straps and foam rollers to aid our practice
