What is it?

Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic and flowing style of yoga that links movement with breath. Often called “flow yoga,” each pose transitions seamlessly into the next, creating a fluid, dance-like practice that cultivates both strength and flexibility. Unlike static forms of yoga, Vinyasa encourages continuous movement, which helps increase cardiovascular endurance while also calming the mind.

Why should I do it?

Yoga is often associated with improving flexibility and mobility of the muscles, and whilst that is a huge benefit of the practise, it’s also about reconnecting with yourself. When you move through a flow, focus on your breath, or hold a pose, you’re training your mind to be present. This mindfulness lowers stress, calms the nervous system, and releases feel-good hormones, bringing a sense of peace and clarity. In a world filled with noise, stress, and endless to-do lists, finding inner peace can feel like a challenge. And here’s where yoga steps in!

What can I expect?

The dynamic sequences linked by breath will see you move through standing to mat based poses. The flows will focus on strength, inner heat, balance and mobility to leave both the body and mind restored. The class is held in low light in a warm room with incense to complete the experience.

Comfortable clothing with bare feet
